Tip: Outsource everything that is non-core to you.
Well you should outsource everything that is non-core to you. There’s absolutely no logic for you to try and stay on top of the latest trend, every latest new technology, software, coding, infrastructure, service provider, etc. That’s not what you do.
You have a core business. You need people who work on that core, and everything else that’s peripheral that feeds into that, you should outsource to someone like me.
